How we work together

Beginning

Therapy with me is a collaborative, presence-based process that unfolds over time.

We don't begin with solutions.

We begin by clarifying what brings you here — and what feels unresolved, even if it has been thought through many times.

This first phase is not about analysing quickly, but about slowing down enough to see more clearly.

In the sessions

Some sessions are more focused and structured.

Others unfold more openly.

We follow what is most honest and useful in the moment, rather than applying a fixed format.

The work over time

Gradually, we begin to notice patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape your experience.

Not to correct them — but to understand how they function, and what they protect.

From there, change can begin to emerge in a way that is not forced.

Your role

You are not required to perform in therapy.

There is no expectation to be insightful, fast, or productive.

The work is to stay with what is real — at a pace that your system can sustain.

How I work

I draw from cognitive behavioral, depth-oriented, and systemic approaches — but I don't apply methods mechanically.

What matters is not the model, but what serves the moment and the person in front of me.

Fit

A good therapeutic fit matters.

Part of the process is noticing whether this way of working feels honest and sustainable for both of us.

Trust and clarity develop gradually — not through pressure, but through consistency.

I work fluently in English and German.
