• Appointments last 60 minutes.
• They can take place in person (Bielefeld) or online (phone or video).

• The fee is €190 per 60-minute session.

• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with shorter notice are charged in full, as the time is reserved for you.

• You will receive an invoice by email.
• Payment is made via bank transfer.
