Psychotherapy for adults — grounded in presence, clarity, and inner pace

Welcome.

I'm Natalie Marby, a licensed therapist working in English and German.

I offer psychotherapy for adults who are looking for a slower, more grounded way of working  a space where change does not come from pressure, but from presence.

My work is shaped by careful listening: to what is spoken, to what remains unsaid, and to what the body communicates beneath words. I do not work toward quick fixes or predefined outcomes. Instead, I support processes that unfold at a pace the nervous system can trust.

I often work with people who feel that something in their experience is not reached by the usual ways of solving problems.

Therapy with me is not about improving or correcting you. It is about creating a relationship in which clarity, boundaries, and inner movement can emerge naturally.

A slower, presence-based approach where change is not forced, but allowed to emerge

This may be a good fit if:

  • you function well outwardly but feel inward pressure
  • you are tired of pushing yourself
  • you think clearly, but something in your experience remains unresolved
  • you are looking for depth and structure, without force
  • you want therapy that does not turn into another performance space

If you recognise yourself in some of the experiences above, you may find it helpful to read more about what working together can look like on the Working together page.

You may also find the article "When Therapy Becomes Another Place to Perform" helpful, as it explores one of the patterns that can quietly appear in therapy itself.

This approach may not be the right fit if:

  • you are looking for quick solutions or immediate symptom relief
  • you prefer structured techniques over open exploration
  • you want clear instructions on what to do in each situation
  • you are not interested in slowing down the process
